The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave the house tidy. We do professionally clean the property after each stay. However, extensive cleaning could lead to additional cost for the guests.
Trash is to be taken out weekly. There is a can for recycle and for trash. Both are pushed out to curb and then brought back up by the house after each pick up. Do not leave cans on the street.
Clean lint trap on dryer after each use. And only use garbage disposal for rinsing dishes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I am originally from Missouri move to Dallas and built this beautiful home. I am now back in Missouri to care for my elderly mother. I rent my home out to share with others the experience of living in Dallas. It is a beautiful city with so much to offer. Arlington and Fort Worth are just a short drive. My Home will be your home to enjoy as her own.

Is well appointed unique property is minutes from downtown Dallas. Less than 10 miles. The property is less than 18 miles from the Arlington area where the FIFA cup will be held. there are two airports, Dallas, love Field and DFW located just a short drive from the property. There’s plenty of hiking golf, theater, restaurants, and so much more.
What makes this property unique
This property is very unique you will feel like you woke up in the mountains and you’re minutes from downtown Dallas. Important things to note about the property, there are stairs going to the upper level which where the master bedroom and master bathroom t are located. There is also a very steep driveway which requires a three point turn when leaving. No backing down the driveway!
