Apartment in the block of Praia do Forte. With 2 ventilated bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 box each), living room, balcony overlooking street, kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge and freezer (all new), laundry area, 32 "HD TV, HD cable TV, Built-in closets in both bedrooms. Covered garage. Sleeps 6 people in beds (there are mattresses for 2 more). Maximum occupancy allowed: 09 people. Small pets allowed. We give preference to families.

O imóvel é muito bom e muito aconchegante,tudo q tá no site está batendo no q tem lá,sem contar com o zelador,ele eh um amor de pessoa muito prestativo...Os anfitriões tbm são muito prestativos, responderam todas minhas dúvidas e ainda me mandaram indicação de lugares para conhecer...Eu amei essa estadia e com certeza voltaria a ficar neste imóvel de novo.

Simples, mas atende muito bem as necessidades

Camas confortáveis, Internet funciona bem, apartamento limpinho, pra quem não se importa com luxo, ele serve muito bem. Mas se precisar cozinhar, vc tem q levar tudo( óleo, sal, açúcar etc.) E tbm tem q levar papel higiênico e sabonete pq não fornece. Um ponto negativo é a área de serviço, pq é pequena e numa área não ventilada, as roupas não secam, tivemos q colocar o varal de chão na sala pra poder secar as roupas, mas nada q impeça a estadia.

Logo na chegada tivemos problemas com a falta de conservação das panelas, mas quando comunicamos ao proprietário, ele resolveu rapidamente. O zelador (Sr. Ricardo) é muito educado e solícito. Voltaremos em breve e recomendaremos sempre.
