O apartamento é bem localizado, bem perto a praia. Ele é um pouco abafado, mas como tem ar condicionado no quartos diminui o problema. A cozinha também é bem equipada. O único problema que enfrentamos foi na chegada ao apto. Pois Quando chegamos, não tinha ninguém no prédio pra nos recepcionar e tivemos que aguardar o senhor aparecer. E surpreendentemente, quando ele chegou, fomos abordados com excessiva grosseria. Por algum motivo ele não sabia da data correta da nossa chegada, e ficou esbravejando que era o dia de folga dele. Como se tivéssemos culpa de tê-lo atrapalhado o descanso. Um absurdo. Acredito que falta um pouco de organização nesse quesito, pq foi extremamente desagradável e desnecessário tal recepção. Ainda mais considerando que estávamos cansados da viagem e que quem devia estar revoltado com a situação, éramos nós.

Apartamento muito bem localizado com todos os itens em funcionamento conforme acordado. Apenas recomendo ao prédio que proíba o acumulo de latas de cerveja e refrigerante na garagem e que seja feito uma dedetização, pois existe formigas e baratas no mesmo. No mais sem nada para reclamar do apto.

Apartamento muito confortável e bem localizado. Condiz exatamente com as informações, o único inconveniente foi que as televisões dos quartos não pegavam nenhum canal, somente a da sala dava pra assistir. O Sr. João, porteiro, muito atencioso e prestativo.
