This house is STUNNING!! Everything is completely updated and fully furnished. It sits back in a cute little rural neighborhood so it’s very quiet and peaceful (the rooster next door will definitely say hi when you’re outside :) ). The host, Jared was fantastic. He was super accommodating with any questions or concerns that we had. Will absolutely be coming back!!

About the host

Host profile image
I’m originally from Ohio, but been here over 20 years, so I’m a local now. After moving to NC I found a passion for climbing and beach volleyball. I’m a very active person who enjoys to travel, but travel is nothing without good friends! I’ve found that while being a host people are looking to just have a great time, whether that be crashing with their friends for a couple days at a home playing games and watching tv or going out on the town and needing a comfortable place to wake up in and get coffee and nurse their heads. As a host my efforts are to make that stay as easy as possible with the amenities I have on hand in case you forgot something and plenty of blankets pillows and to make you comfortable no matter where you’re at. A gas fire pit on the deck for the easy fire, or a wood one out front if you’re savvy with it. I take pride in my home and hope you enjoy you’re stay!

Why they chose this property

More the neighborhood chose me since I bought the home in my early twenties as a foreclosure and remodeled it myself to what it is today. But frankly it was the serenity of the spot nestled back in the woods with large acre's of land plots around me guaranteeing I wouldn’t just get stuck in a house to house filled neighborhood with an HOA. So what I like is the relative peace and quiet.

What makes this property unique

The privacy, you have to search to see the other houses by me and I don’t have to be absolutely quiet, I can have friends over and be noisy (within reason) despite having neighbors.
