This was a cute, sunny, bright detached little house in a nice residential neighborhood. New fridge, gas stovetop and microwave were nice. The space itself was clean and the owner was very responsive. The soaps available in the unit were dish, hand and laundry. The washer and dryer outside the back door worked well. I would say the space sleeps 4 comfortably, because the sofa couch was so hard I personally couldn't sleep on it. There are some things that would have made it a better stay. Dish drying towels, hand towels in the kitchen and bathroom instead of just paper towels and an iron and ironing board would have been nice to have. The listed lobster pot in the description was not in the kitchen. The frying pan was an old scratched up, grease caked non-stick pan that I had to wash multiple times before using, so a new one would be a good idea. A knife sharpener for the kitchen would be good to have, as the knives were very dull. A small rack to hang clothes in the small bedroom would have been nice. Garbage and recycling instructions would be beneficial as well-we figured out where they were outside, but weren't sure if we did the recycling correctly as every city has its own rules. Over all, though, it was a nice little place.
