We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a football weekend. Condo is so cute, very well equipped, immaculately clean, and within walking distance of many great bars and restaurants. Check in was a breeze and Mia was ready to answer any questions. Will definitely stay here again!

The apartment was clean, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect for walking downtown, especially if going to a Smokies baseball game. Communication with the host was prompt and thorough. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was clean, amazing, and close to many restaurants. Unfortunately we didn't get to explore as much as we would have liked to because we were moving our daughter. Would definitely reccomend!Owners were extremely helpful, reaching out with information and assisting in finding out if we could park our trailer in the paid parking.

We had a wonderful long weekend in Knoxville and were impressed with our stay! The hosts were fantastic both leading up to and during the weekend. The condo was spotless and elegantly decorated. This property is amazing! It is extremely comfortable and styled with style and grace. We felt at home the minute we stepped in the door. It exceeded our expectations. The linens were plenty and kitchen well stocked. It is ideal for walking to many bars and restaurants. We only wish we could have stayed there longer. Communication was excellent from the moment I booked the property. I hope to stay here again.

So much fun to stay in this amazing loft ! Cool converted Lily Flour Company building. Close to plenty of restaurants. Parking was easy. Comfortable with 2! big TVs !:) Love staying in Knoxville - very cool small city - Recommendation if you want a perfect fine dining experience - Bistro by the Tracks !

I absolutely loved this space. It’s wide open. It’s inviting big windows with lots of light and perfect walk ability with great little eateries and nightlife. I have family in the area so I returned frequently and I plan to make this my home away from home. I loved it that much.My hostess was all so wonderful and accommodating.
The exposed brick and the original beads made this face like staying in a tiny piece of history.

This property could not be cooler or more conveniently located! We walked to dinner in minutes and had so many fun options. We also LOVED the decor and the super comfy bed. I never sleep well the first night somewhere new and slept like a baby. Mia was extremely responsive and helped us with any questions. The condo is so well equipped and clean and even has a record player and games. The best STR experience I’ve ever had!
