Cozy Corner is exactly what this house allows. When you come visit the Black Hills of SD this home will welcome you back to cozy evening at home. Located in the upscale Apple Springs development and Boulder Canyon between Sturgis and Deadwood it is the perfect location to hit all the Black Hills has to offer. Come visit all the area has to offer, Sturgis-4 miles, Deadwood-6 miles, Mount Rushmore 46 miles. The drive is scenic no matter what route you take.
Cozy Corner is set up with main floor king attached bath, queen with bath in the hallway. The lower level has a room with two queens, bath in the hallway and the living area set up for movie night, some shuffleboard or pak man. Sit out on the deck and enjoy a little gas fire place while you take in all the events and memories from the day.
