The balcony offers beautiful canal views and gorgeous sunsets that can be seen from the back of the building or from the front of the unit. A refreshing pool is a fantastic treat on those days where it may be just too hot to go to the beach!

Situated on 47th Street, this unit is located next door to world famous Seacrets and many other great restaurants such as Dry 85, 45th Street Taphouse and of course ice cream at Dumser's. With its central location, you will be just a short drive or bus ride to the Convention Center, boardwalk, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, miniature golf and much more! Linens and towels are included with your rental. Owner supplies 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler and all kinds of extras for your stay.

* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* Linens & towels are included year-round.
* This condo is on the 5th floor. Wight Bay is an elevator building.
* One parking spot is provided; parking is uncovered.
* Easy access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 48th street.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* This unit has a washer/dryer in the unit, but there is also a shared laundromat on the bottom level of the building.
* The pier is not available for docking boats, jet skis, etc.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
