Why stay in a hotel when you can stay in this amazing 1 BR unit with a full kitchen! The kitchen features granite counter tops, newer cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and has everything you need to make those cost saving meals at home. There is laminate flooring throughout. The living area has a new sofa and chair. The sofa converts to a queen bed and has an attached phone charger. The coffee table lifts up to accommodate working on a laptop or enjoy a meal in front of the TV. The full-size bathroom has a shower/tub combo and features beautiful subway tile. There is a washer and dryer available for guest use in the unit.

You'll enjoy the fact that this condo is steps away from the pool; convenient when the kids want to swim, and parents want to sit and chill on the balcony keeping an eye on them! This unit is conveniently located off 33rd street and is only about 2 blocks to the beach. The North end of the boardwalk is an easy 4 block walk. There is a jet ski rental less than a block away along with a great spot for fishing! Jolly Roger amusement park is only a block away too. You will be strategically located for all activities at the inlet along with many fantastic restaurants and bars!

THINGS TO KNOW:

* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 1st floor. Jamaica Bay is not an elevator building.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided.
* Easy access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 33rd street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Very nice inside and loved how close the room was to the pool. I have never had to make my own bed or strip the beds when leaving a place so that was a bit of a downfall. Overall the place itself and location worked for us.

Thanks so much for the review, we really appreciate the feedback. Our agreement with the linen rental company is that the linens arrive, wrapped in plastic, and that their drivers drop off just inside the door. Other companies utilize cleaning teams to make beds and the cost for that extra duty is passed on to the guests. We prefer to do what we can to keep costs low and keep the cleaning team focused on cleaning. We know we're a little different in how we do linens, so we describe the process in the check-in instructions we send so there's no surprises. We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the condo. This was a fabulous unit. Very clean and ready for early check in. Ground floor, close to the pool. Perfect location, close to everything but tucked in away from the noise. We were very impressed, super satisfied and will definitely stay again!! Highly recommend.
