Owner Double booked the condo for the weekend. We had to find a place to stay at 1030-11 pm at night for the weekend. Not happy after a long drive and then in the middle of downtown late at night with our suitcases and not able to get ahold of the owner to figure out what was going on because there were no keys in the lock box. We use Vrbo for all of our trips and this trip but a bad taste in our mouths.

Very clean and pretty spacious unit in an area close to plenty of restaurants and performance centers. Parking is on the street across a moderately busy road and the check in process no longer involves a lock box outside the building despite what Vrbo may send you in the check in notes. I was quite embarrassed to be locked out trying the right code on the wrong lockbox for about a half hour until the host was able to update me on what to do. Door code first, then enter and find the room where an attached lockbox holds the room key.
