Set in an elevated, south-facing position, it enjoys a splendid view of Capo Carbonara with its enchanting coves and bays, such as the Bay of Campulongu and the hill of Porto Giunco, where the Arab tower overlooks the salt lagoon with pink flamingos, the wide beaches of Notteri and Simius, and the island of Cavoli.
The house features a brand-new heated swimming pool with hydromassage , an outdoor shower, a large terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture and exterior lighting, a barbecue area with a worktop and sink, and private parking for two cars.
