We picked a great house and host! In town for a wedding, Erik was very helpful, responsive, and accommodating and the house was perfect and exactly how it was described. Clean, very updated, in a quiet neighborhood, with nice touches like the pool, fire-pit table, bikes and a wagon full of beach necessities. When Erik kindly let my local sister swing over to check out his house…her response to me was, “That’s what I want my house to look like when I remodel!” Thanks for a great stay Erik!

The house was wonderful. Very clean and spacious inside, everything was nicely stocked. We enjoyed the various gaming stuff and the pool was so relaxing. Erik was very sweet checking in on us and making sure our stay was going smooth. I would definitely book again. Close to alot of restaurants and stores, very convenient location.
