We had such a wonderful time here. The location is excellent. Southern Shores is quiet, beautiful, and right up the road from beach access. It’s minutes to Duck and Kitty Hawk. There are lots of great restaurants to choose from as well. The property has everything you need. The pool, hot tub, and we really loved the deck up top looking out over everything. Inside the home has a fully equipped kitchen. We played board games that were kept underneath the coffee table. We laid in the hammocks and played jenga on the deck as well. There is a fire pit, bikes and loads of pool and beach toys. We definitely plan to come back here again. Incredible hosts and special oasis we were lucky enough to enjoy.

After traveling the world together, we chose to put down roots in Southern Shores and raise our children by the beach. Over the years, we’ve watched the area evolve into a destination known for large gatherings and mega homes. When the opportunity arose to own a cozy bungalow—one where small families and close friends could come together and create meaningful memories—we knew we had to be part of it.

Why they chose this property

At its heart, Southern Shores is a small beachside town where time slows to a crawl, sunsets paint the sky, and meteor showers can be seen throughout the year. Days here are meant for long bike rides, ice cream cones, afternoon naps on the porch, and building sandcastles by the shore.
We look forward to making your visit to the Outer Banks as special as possible and are honored to share this little slice of paradise with you.
