Cozy and complete apartment on the edge of Barra da Tijuca beach, Posto 6 with excellent location.
It has wireless internet and cable TV.

There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, air conditioning, wardrobes, bedside tables, lamp and access to the balcony.
Another bedroom with 2 single beds, bedside table, lamp, ceiling fan and closet.

Large living room with dining table, chairs and reading armchair.
Double sofa bed, Ceiling fan, TV with some closed channels.
Great balcony with sea view with bench, armchair, table and chairs.

The kitchen is complete to make the meals you want.
New 4 burner stove, microwave, large fridge and all necessary utensils.

Large bathroom complete with washing machine.

The building in front of the sea has swimming pool, sauna, leisure area, reception and 24h concierge, covered garage etc.
It has an excellent market South Zone 24h with pizzeria right next to the building, which still has breakfast, pizzeria, restaurant, bakery etc..

Eu e minha família gostamos mto da estadia. Se trata de um imóvel novo, bem cuidado em um local mto agradável , apto bem equipado e com o recurso do Supermercado e Pizzaria ao lado que quebra mto o galho. A sala é um pouco quente mas nada que possa atrapalhar uma bela estadia em um belo local como o posto 6 na Barra. Tendo oportunidade voltaremos com certeza.

Minha casa fora de casa

O apartamento te oferece aquela sensação de estar na sua casa. O mercado fica ao lado e você se sente morador, nas chaves tem até o cartão Zona Sul com o qual você faz as compras com preço de morador (Eu não sabia disso antes e fiz um pra mim também) Limpeza impecável, todos os utensílios de cozinha, banheiro e chuveiros maravilhosos. Máquina de lavar perfeita. Verifique antes de se hospedar se os canais de tv a cabo que você curte estão disponíveis. Mas com tanta coisa a fazer TV é o de menos. Pessoal de portaria super atencioso e educado, mas informaram que piscina e sauna é só pra morador, hóspedes não podem usar. Já qualquer situação o Balbi responde super rápido.

Balbi Barra Apto Show !

O apartamento foi comodo, perto de restaurantes e lojas e tem vistas lindas da praia nas primeiras horas da madrugada. A piscina estava sendo re-feita quando visitamos - deve estar uma delicia agora. O dono, Seu Balbi, estava desponivel pra ajudar com coisas que precisavamos arrumar no apartamento - ele arrumou o wi-fi no apartamento pra gente, um bem essencial pra nos. Ele e um homen paciente, carinhoso e pronto para atender os seus clientes. Com certeza vamos trabalhar de novo com Seu Balbi ;-)
