Very clean and well-kept property. Navarre Beach has many beach access sites and there is one nearby with paved parking. The owner was very kind and easy to communicate with.

Access to the house was easy. Communication was effortless and easy. The house was just as described. It was clean, equipped with everything needed and then some. We cooked every day and there were sufficient dishes and the dishwasher made cleanup easy. Also the washer and dryer helped worked great. Each room has a Roku TV. I also used the charcoal grill almost every night. Several beach chairs as well. It was a great experience and the house is only a few minutes walk to the public beach access. We had a great time and would enjoy going back.

House was beautiful and just as described. Very clean and the owner was very communicative whenever I had questions. Nothing I’m about to say would hinder me from staying at this property again. Just observations and suggestions. Upon arrival the house was very warm. 74 degrees. The setting requested is not below 72. It did take awhile for the house to cool down after adjusting. When we cooked the living space became warm but the bedrooms were nice and cool so sleeping was very comfortable and coming back from the beach, the house was cool and refreshing. It was also extremely hot outside which I’m sure the AC was working hard to cool. We did cook and suggestions would be to have a few more necessities like a bigger fry pan(which we bought one), dish towels to dry dishes, and there were only 3 teaspoons. Also anyone sleeping on the pull out couch would have to enter one of the bedrooms to use a bathroom. I would also suggest a blind on the front door to keep the sun out. The open floor plan was awesome and we enjoyed the bar area to eat. The master was huge and beautiful and furnished with many towels in both bathrooms for use. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again.

Rooms were clean and inviting. Easy travel to everything we wanted to see and do. The living room sofa was one of the best sofa’s I have ever slept on.

We loved this house, its on the perfect side of the beach away from the condos so the actual beach was less crowded. We walked to the beach every day, took about 5 to 6 minutes. House is the perfect size for 4 to 5 people, it came equipped with everything you need. There was a window unit installed in the living room so it stayed cool. We definitely will return.
