Fantastic Country House with Pool, Wi-Fi, Veranda and Garden

Parties, loud music during the night and more people in the house are strictly forbidden. Please note: Youth groups are not allowed. Guest reservations are accepted from 30 years of age.



In Artà, the 3-storey Finca Son Forte Nou is situated in a quiet, idyllic area and is therefore suitable for everyone who wants to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday. The Majorcan Finca has a living/dining room with a fireplace, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with air conditioner in each one (one with a king-size bed, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms (one with a whirlpool bath). It can therefore accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans, a fireplace, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. From the living room you reach a furnished veranda, where you will find a lounge area with upholstered seating and a dining table with adjoining barbecue area. Here you can enjoy freshly prepared meals with your loved ones and finish mild summer evenings with a glass of wine. The balcony on the 1st floor also invites you to sunbathe and enjoy the lush vegetation of the surroundings and the mountains. The absolute highlight, however, is the 36 m² pool, which is surrounded by a spacious lawn with sun loungers. The stress of everyday life is quickly forgotten here! Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached after 2.5 km in the centre of the village of Artà and the nearest beach, Cala Moll, is 14 km or a 20-minute drive away.

Excellent remote location - very tranquil

Pros: Very quite remote location. Property is a good size and very well maintained. The host is available via what app if required and only visited once during a week long stay, which is good. Absolutely no noise of a day or evening. Pool is modern and very clean. The property hosts both a veranda and balcony, a long private drive with electric gates. Cons: There is no air con downstairs. Even with the doors open and a fan, its very hot during the summer months. There are no smoke alarms through out the property - for peace of mind. There is no safe in the property. Each bed has only two pillows - which are very soft - needs more spare pillows that are firmer. You have to take your own recycling to a local recycling centre - which is a distance away, not easily sign posted and the streets are very narrow - not good if you have hired a large car. The host speaks very little English - better to communicate with him using a Spanish - English translator app.

Tolle Finca mit Blick ins Grüne

Pros: Das Haus war super und hat den Bilder völlig entsprochen. Unser Highlight war natürlich der Pool, der alle 2-3 Tage gesäubert wurde. Die Ausstattung der Finca war gut und alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Josep war auch sehr freundlich und nicht aufdringlich. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Cons: Das Wlan ist leider sehr schlecht und ohne Klimaanlage oder Ventilator ist es nachts sehr warm.

Pros: Der Urlaub in dieser Finca war super erholsam, der Vermieter sehr nett und weder störend noch hat uns die Sprachbarriere etwas ausgemacht im Gegenteil, Land und Leute lernt man hier besser kennen Cons: Die Mücken aber da kann die Pharmaindustrie helfen

Wünschenswert wären mehr Tassen und Schüsseln, was sicher aber auch kein Problem sein dürfte, wir waren nur 2 Erwachsene 😉. Cons: Etwas mehr Tassen (Pötte) und Schalen/Schüsseln, gerade, wenn man sich selbst versorgt…

Super Villa mit guter Ausstattung

Wir (4 Erwachsene und ein Kind) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa ist modern und top gepflegt. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer, Senor Pep, ist sehr freundlich. Dieser kommt alle 3 bis 4 Tage und mäht den Rasen, gießt die Blumen, reinigt den Pool. Die Villa war absolut sauber. Hier kümmert sich der Eigentümer noch selber, dass merkt man halt sofort. Wir haben es sehr genossen, vor allem der große Pool hat unserer Tochter gefallen. Ein Auto ist hier Pflicht. Die Villa ist sehr abgelegen, was wir aber vorher wussten und auch wollten. Nächster Strand ist ca. 25 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wer zentraler wohnen will, ist hier deplatziert. Wir haben es sehr genossen und können die Villa nur empfehlen.

Wir - Familie mit drei erwachsenen Kindern - haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Es war alles so wie in der Beschreibung.
