The house worked great for our stay with 7 adults. The bedrooms were vary spacious and all king beds. The extra space in the basement was nice to hang out at night and relax after long days in the city. The host was very helpful and very prompt when messaging and even with the check in processes and check out processes. The kitchen is great for making breakfast if you are going to cook while staying. There are a few pots, smaller skillets, and cookie sheets to use. Just a suggestion to bring plastic wrap or aluminum foil if you think you may need these type items, as I did not find them in the kitchen or pantry. Just a note for the faucets, the hot water seems to be opposite on all faucets in the home. Sinks and all showers. Not a big deal once we figured it out. The parking is on the side street of the house, not the front of the house. The location was great for getting to all other local towns and only about 15 minutes to the train station to get into the city. We would for sure use this house again on our next trip to Chicago.

The place was great for our group of 7 adults and 2 children. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, and it was close to where we needed to be. The house is beautiful inside with plenty of rooms and bathrooms, which made our stay very comfortable.There were only two minor things that came up. First, there was a leak in the basement when the showers were being used. That was unfortunate, but it is clearly a plumbing issue and fixable. We notified the host right away so it can be addressed, because the home itself is very nice.Second, the stairs going downstairs are directly in front of the master bedroom. With a 1 year old, this was a little scary. Adding a baby gate would really help future guests feel more at ease and would be a great safety improvement.Overall, everything was great and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
