We had a wonderful weekend at the cabin. It was very clean wonderful location close to Colgate University. The cute creamery stand across the street has a wonderful cheese and ice cream selection for snacks. The hardest part was leaving.

The cabin is great! Spacious, clean, plenty of room for 3 generations, including the kids' room for the teenager :-) House had lots of spices and those kinds of things, which makes it easy to stay. Lovely setting and bonus farm stand literally across the street with excellent gelato! If the grandkid goes to Colgate will definitely stay here again.

Lovely cabin close to Colgate. Perfect for graduation weekend. Clean, comfortable for our family of 4. Thought touches, flowers, on the porch, on center island in the kitchen, mints, candies, tea- fully stocked kitchen. We loved morning coffee on the porch. Comfortable beds. Highly recommend

Third bedroom was a child’s room. Also thank you for communicating about the cats. Primary suite was nice.

That's correct. There are two adult bedrooms and one child's bedroom. :-) Guests are obviously not obligated to feed the neighbor's cats but we sure thought it was sweet of you that you did. Glad you enjoyed your stay!
