We would recommend this place on the front porch alone. Plenty of room for a large group. It's in a great location and the host was responsive and answered all our questions. Overall, 5 stars.

Overall we had a great time and the house was just what we needed. Plenty of beach chairs and unreleased and towels. The location is amazing, and we were able to easily walk to the beach with kids between the ages of 4-8. The only thing that was unfortunate was that the AC was off on the third floor when we arrived. Kristi was very communicative in helping us get it working, but even so it was a struggle to keep the bedrooms cool up there. (Granted we stayed during a massive heatwave, but the AC worked very well in the rest of the house.) I would definitely recommend this house for big groups!

Listing says 7 bedrooms, it is 6 bedrooms, property was adequately clean. Host was not overly responsive and directions for managing home and cleaning up were not great. Location was good and it all worked out but listing should be changed to reflect 6 rooms.

The house was not clean upon arrival. Unfortunately, the cleaning service did not have it clean and ready for new visitors. There were limited supplies, such as only two rolls of toilet paper for 4 bathrooms. The backyard was trashed, and the trash bins at the side of the house were overflowing. There weren’t any beach tags or towels in the front cabinet; the towels were all left in the dryer, along with dirty dishes in the dishwasher. My family was not pleased with the condition of the house; we took many pictures. The Host was contacted, and we had a text message dialogue about the condition of the place; she offered to refund the cleaning fee and the toilet paper and supplies she told us to purchase, and beach tags. She was able to hire an emergency cleaning service, which came at 7:30 pm that Friday evening, while my entire family had to huddle outside on the porch for an hour while they cleaned the first floor. Since we found three beds in questionable condition, we ended up washing, drying, and remaking those beds ourselves. The place is charming; with some TLC, it can make it welcoming. Although the initial encounter was disappointing, after the cleaning service did a job well done, it was a nice place to stay indoors. The Host initially began sending me refunds in increments; I am still waiting to receive the cleaning fee. Overall, arriving was not a pleasant experience. I do hope that the Host will honor the refund and obtain a new cleaning service.
