This typical Majorcan villa also comes equipped with Wi-Fi, a high chair (on request), a cot, a satellite TV, as well as gas heating (for an additional fee) and a fireplace for colder days.
The stand-out highlight is the outside area with its garden planted with Mediterranean flora, a 42-m² pool and sun loungers, a covered barbecue area and a table tennis table. In this perfect setting for a relaxing holiday as well as from the balcony you can enjoy a great view of the surroundings. Restaurants and shopping facilities can be reached in 2 minutes by car and the bays of Pollença and Alcúdia are around 30 minutes away by car.
