Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supercedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.

Das Haus sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Es ist ein 100 Jahre altes Cottage Haus, das sehr gepflegt ist. Es war sehr sauber. Alle Küchenutensilien, die man braucht, sind da. Toaster, Besteck, Messerblock, Teller, Tassen, Schüsseln. Großer zweitüriger Kühlschrank. Im Keller steht die Waschmaschine und der Trockner. Ein wunderschöner Garten mit großem Tisch und Stühlen runden das Wohlgefühl im Haus und ums Haus ab. Gasgrill ist vorhanden. In der Garage stehen mehrere Fahrräder zur Benutzung bereit. Die Kinder sind damit zum Strand und zur Promenade gefahren. Die Nachbarschaft ist freundlich und zugewandt. Leider ist keine Bettwäsche und keine Handtücher im Preis inkludiert. Das muss man entweder selbst mitbringen oder dazu buchen. Dafür nimmt die Agentur ca. 200 zusätzlich. Leider hat man bei unserer Ankunft vergessen diese abzuliefern. Nach einem Anruf und innerhalb einer Stunde wurde dieses Problem behoben. Die Betten mussten wir dann alleine beziehen. Das hatte ich mir anders vorgestellt, aber das war der einzige Kritikpunkt, den wir hatten. Wir würden immer wieder dieses Haus für einen Urlaub buchen. Zum Strand sind es 10 Minuten Fußweg, zu den nächstgelegenen Cafés und Restaurants braucht man etwa 5 Minuten.
