ENJOY THE OUTDOORS
The private terrace is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. It includes a basic yet practical barbecue for al fresco meals. Guests also have access to a communal garden with a shared swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and soaking up the sun. The pool is divided into two sections by a metal barrier: one for adults and one for children, ensuring safety for the whole family.
The pool is open from April to November. During the cooler months, the Mediterranean Sea provides a breathtaking alternative for adventurous guests.
To ensure a perfect stay, we carry out annual maintenance and improvements before the start of each season. This winter, we have made several updates to keep the villa in top condition, guaranteeing maximum comfort for our guests.
PRIVILEGED LOCATION
This townhouse is just a 5-minute walk from the nearest supermarket and a selection of restaurants, bars, and cafés. Cala Molins beach is only a 3-minute walk away (270 m), making it easy to enjoy the sea at any time of day.
The island’s capital, Palma de Mallorca, and the airport are 67 km away (a 50-minute drive).
Important: The house is located in a forested area near the sea, which means humidity levels can be high—especially during the colder months. We do not recommend this property for individuals with respiratory issues or sensitivity to humidity.

Pros: Swimming pool and scenery. Quick response of host to issues reported.
Cons: Damp wall in living room. Change of towels and bedding completely inadequate (only once if booked for 11+ days!). Blocked sink. Drain smell (although host responded very quickly to fix). Property within a natural habitat therefore highly prone to insects etc Deterrents could be provided eg screens

Villa in great location in Cala San Vicenc
The property is a good size, nicely furnished and in fab location with charming pool area (with sunbeds) and just a short walk to the gorgeous beach. The town is really small and has a handful of shops and restaurants but is very pretty and there are lots of lovely walks through the mountains and along the coastline. We had an amazing meal at El Vincenc with gorgeous views of the beach. We didn't work out where the bus stopped but we managed to get taxi's easily to and from Pollenca old town and the port.
The property itself is in need of some repairs and requires some basic maintenance. The clean was ok but no attention to detail. The cleaners also failed to report a blocked sink which then had to be revisited several times during our stay. This could have been fixed before we arrived with some basic communication. There is damp in the lounge and this created an unpleasant and musty smell for the duration of our stay. There were no handsoaps at the sinks or shower gel provided apart from one bottle in the ensuite which had the consistency of water. There was not enough toilet paper provided, no safe and no satellite tv channels despite these items being detailed in the property info as being available. There were just 2 wine glasses for 5 of us. The information provided at the property was basic and little help and we had no direct contact with owner although he responded to whatsapp messages.
We had a great stay and would return to to the area.

Für eine Woche in Ordnung.
Pros: Sehr gute Lage. Platz ausreichend.
Cons: Kaffeemaschine eigentlich nicht zu gebrauchen. Haus feucht und muffig. Abfluss im Bad fast verstopft. Staubsauger kaputt. Zu wenige Töpfe für 6 Personen zum kochen.
