The beautiful cottage “La Casita del Rincón” is located in Arona and boasts a sea and mountain view. The property consists of one room with a living area with a sofa bed, a sleeping area with a king size bed, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable television, a washing machine, children’s books, a baby cot and a highchair. Furthermore, the property boasts a private outdoor area with 2 terraces (open and covered) where you can relax and admire the beautiful mountains. In the communal outdoor area, which is shared with the residents of the other apartments on the property, you will find a beautiful garden dotted with palm trees, a pool, an outdoor shower and a table tennis table. In approximately 5 minutes driving you will reach the centre of Arona where you will find a selection of restaurants, cafes and bars. The nearest supermarket is located an 8-minute drive from the property (2.9 km). A 20-minute drive away the beautiful beach Playa de los Tarajales awaits your visit (12.7 km). Here you can relax on the soft sand and soak up the Spanish sun.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. There are some cats and a small dog belonging to the homeowner who live on the property. The homeowner lives in a separate house on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The property can also be rented for events; if interested, please contact us before booking. The pool is unheated and open all year round. The pool is open from 9:00 to 19:00.
