Quiet & Peaceful Guesthouse Overlooking Lake Isabella:
Relax in a private guesthouse perched above Lake Isabella in the southern Sequoia National Forest (approximately 100 miles from Sequoia National Park). Enjoy sweeping lake and valley views in a quiet hillside setting, perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with nature. Just 6 miles from Kernville’s shops, restaurants, and local attractions.
Spaces / Good to Know:
Your private guest apartment is located approximately 100 feet from our home, situated above our garage workshop. The space offers privacy, comfort, and stunning views of the lake and valley.
Please note: Guests must be comfortable walking up 18 steps to access the entrance.
Inside, the open floor plan includes:
* A trundle bed that converts into two twin beds
* A dining table for meals, games, or use as a workspace
* A well-equipped kitchenette for simple meal preparation, including:
* Induction cooktop
* Microwave & toaster
* Coffee maker & French press
* Mini refrigerator
* BBQ utensils for the grill on the back patio
The bathroom is a standout feature and includes:
* A large soaker tub with panoramic views overlooking the lake and valley
* A walk-in tiled shower
The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and French doors that open directly to the back patio—perfect for relaxing, grilling a meal, and enjoying the quiet mountain setting.
At night, enjoy brilliant stargazing, and during a full moon, the views are truly breathtaking.
