Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

One of the first things we noticed was how spacious it was, there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax, and not feel crowded. That can be hard to find with a large group, but this cabin handled it beautifully.The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook meals at home instead of eating out for every meal. We had everything we needed, and the layout made it easy for several people to be in the kitchen at once without getting in each other’s way. The dining and living areas were also large enough for everyone to gather together comfortably.The game room was a huge hit with both the kids and adults. It gave everyone something fun to do in the evenings and during downtime, and it really added to the overall experience. Another favorite feature was the hot tub, it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day and just enjoy the peaceful surroundings.We also loved spending time on the porch. The rocking chairs were a simple but wonderful touch, and it was so relaxing to sit outside, enjoy the fresh mountain air, and take in the quiet.Overall, this cabin was exactly what we were hoping for: clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and spacious enough for a large group to feel at home. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing weekend in Gatlinburg, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fire in the Sky is a beautiful cabin with a great view. It was spacious, clean and welcoming. The staff was fast to respond when we had any issues or questions. The only issue, and it wasn’t an issue per se, there could be more pots, pans, and dishes available, maybe even small appliances, such as crockpots and keurigs.

Nice location but missing aminites

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: location was good, very accessible and beautiful but the cabin from inside was not upto the expectations. the soap bars where inside the hand wash basin, there was no vaccum cleaner, no iron, no toys at all for kids. The door lock was also difficult to operate.

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, excellent. Three observations... leaky faucet in first floor bathroom, continuous centipedes in lower floor tub, bunk bed need rails for top. We had three youngsters who we would not allow to sleep on top.

Thank you for your review. Our maintenance staff has a response time of 30 minutes or less and we would have gladly dispatched them for the issues you mention. We have repaired the leaky faucet and contacted our Pest Control vendor for the migrating millipedes found in the lower level of the cabin. We are checking into the safety rails for the bunk beds as well. We are glad your overall experience was excellent and the issues you reported were easy fixes. We hope you consider another stay in one of our luxury cabins in the future.
