Pros: Appartamento appena ristrutturato. Perfetta la pulizia anche del condominio. Posizione ottimale x chi fa attività e non vuole prendere l auto che ha anche il garage privato. Unico "neo": manca lavatrice ma a 100 mt c'è anche una lavanderia self.
