The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, gas oven. a few steps away you can reach the beach of the romantic that is fully equipped for water sports and animals. it is also possible to rent boats.



The house is located on a single ground floor with private garden.



It is 70 mt from the famous romantic beach which is served with umbrellas and deck chairs, pedal boat service, restaurants, ice cream parlour, bar and boat rental. at 100 mt there is a beach equipped for dogs.

Haus in toller Lage, jedoch mit einigen Mängeln.

Pros: Das Haus liegt ruhig und sehr nahe am See. Der Garten ist voll eingezäunt und super für Hundehalter. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (einiges könnte aufgestockt werden wie Tassen,Teller, Gläser). Ausreichen Insektenschutz wurde zur Verfügung gestellt. Sämtliche Reinigungsmittel für Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine waren ausreichend vorhanden. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und über WhatsApp gut zu erreichen, leider nur auf italienisch mit Googelübersetzer. Cons: Die Dusche geht gar nicht, der einstieg ist ca. 40 cm breit und für etwas kräftigere Menschen eine Herausforderung. Im allgemeinen sind die Möbel im Wohnzimmer in die Jahre gekommen. (Sofa und ein Kunststoffservierwagen incl. Kabelgewirr wäre reif für den Sperrmüll.) Spinnen gab es auch genug. Die Steckdosen im Haus sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden, gut das wir Reiseadapter dabei hatten. Zusammengefasst ein Haus in toller Lage das in die Jahre gekommen ist und renovierungsbedürftig wäre.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wunderschön. Der Garten ist perfekt. Die Inneneinrichtung ist in Ordnung könnte aber etwas komfortabler ausgestattet sein.

Nette ruime woning met alle benodigde voorzieningen en gezellige tuin.

Pros: De locatie is op zeer korte loopafstand van het Gardameer. De omheinde tuin is perfect geschikt voor als je met je hond op vakantie bent.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die Verständigung war etwas schwierig, aber machbar. Das Haus mit dem Garten und Terrasse ist sehr schön, Ausstattung im Haus sehr gut, wir haben nichts vermisst und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Danke 😍

Sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Pros: Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung direkt am Gardasee.Garten komplett eingezäunt,sodass man gut mit kleinen Kindern oder Hunden dort wohnen kann.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles was man braucht ist dort. Cons: Uns hat alles gefallen
