Just outside the picturesque harbor of Porto Rotondo, Casa Penthouse is part of a complex of 6 independent villas. This Sardinian-style vacation home is on the first floor and features beautiful turquoise and blue décor with cozy wooden accents. The studio includes a well-equipped outdoor kitchen and 2 electric burners in the living area, which has a sleeping space with a double bed and a bathroom, accommodating 2 guests. Suitable for children, the home offers air conditioning, TV, and, upon request, a crib and high chair. The highlight is the spacious outdoor area: enjoy a lovely garden with Mediterranean plants, peacocks, and turtles, perfect for relaxing in a tranquil atmosphere. Guests have access to a large shared pool (open April 5 to September 30), available for an extra fee, which lights up in 7 different colors, as well as a private terrace for meals or unwinding with a glass of wine. Thanks to its ideal location outside the bustle of Porto Rotondo, you enjoy complete privacy, while the center—with shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés—is just a short drive away. The sandy Marinella beach is 3 km from the property.



Parking is available. Pets are allowed on request and for an extra fee. Bed linens and towels are included and changed every 3 days. Wi-Fi is not available.
