Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is a strict no-smoking policy inside. Outside smoking only with proper disposal. Violations incur $250-$500 fine.
No parties or loud music. Noise curfew: 10 PM - 7 AM. Violations result in immediate termination of stay and fines may be assessed.
There is a strict no-pet policy. Should a pet be brought into the home without requesting to have a service animal, the guest will incur a $150 fine.
