CASA CONVENT – "BOUTIQUE" HOUSE IN THE HEART OF THE HISTORIC CENTER OF ALCUDIA
Welcome to Casa Convent, a beautiful boutique house recently renovated, located in the historic center of Alcudia, just inside the iconic medieval wall. Ideal for families, groups of friends, or couples, this cozy three-story house offers the perfect balance between Mallorcan tradition and modern comfort.
With 134 m² and capacity for 6 people, the house is distributed as follows:
- Ground floor: bright reading room, cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, and a quiet interior terrace.
- First floor: two bedrooms with single beds (interconnected), a double bedroom, and a second full bathroom.
- Second floor: spacious private terrace with barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining and Mediterranean evenings.
The house is equipped with fans in all rooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, and offers up to 3 cots and 3 high chairs on request, ideal for families with small children.
Located on a quiet street but just a few steps from the main square, shops, bars, and all the attractions of the old town. In just 5 minutes on foot you will find an excellent gastronomic offer, with quality restaurants where you can enjoy local and international cuisine.
The spectacular Alcudia beach, with more than 12 km of white sand and crystal-clear waters, is only 1.5 km away, perfect for relaxing or practicing water sports.
Some services, such as electricity consumption and the tourist tax, are available for an additional charge during your stay.
