Seeigel Vacation Apartment with Sauna, Right on the Seawall

Dear holidaymakers,
A lovingly furnished, family-friendly, and wheelchair-accessible ground-floor holiday apartment awaits you, located right on the dike in a quiet cul-de-sac.

With a total living area of approximately 80 square metres, the apartment features 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a sauna, a second separate bathroom, and a spacious, light-filled living and dining area.
The entire apartment is equipped with electric roller shutters and fly screens.

The living room features a large 55-inch TV. Additional entertainment is provided by free Netflix, a PlayStation 4, board games, and a selection of books.

The modern, open-concept kitchen features high-quality, child-friendly appliances. Here you’ll find all the necessary kitchen utensils and appliances, including a microwave and a dishwasher.

The bathroom with a sauna features a walk-in tiled shower. We provide our guests with complimentary toiletries such as shampoo, soap, shower gel, and conditioner.

Both bedrooms feature extra-high beds equipped with high-quality “Breckle” mattresses.
In addition, each bedroom has a 32-inch TV.

For our youngest guests, we provide a portable travel cot with a mattress, a high chair, and toys.

Outside, you’ll find a patio with patio furniture, and on the lawn in front of the house, our barbecue area with picnic benches.

If you’re arriving by car, a free parking space is available on the property.

If you’re travelling on holiday with your four-legged friend, you’re very welcome here.
There is a fee of €50 for your pet.

To save space in your suitcase, you can book a linens package with us so that the beds are already made upon your arrival, allowing you to start your holiday relaxed.
Cost of a bed linens package (made-up beds): €15.00
Cost of a towel package: €5.00

Prices include all utilities such as gas, water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and Netflix.
The cost of using the sauna and the washing machine is included in the rental price.

The municipality of Butjadingen charges a visitor’s tax per night.
High season: 0–2 years = free; 3–12 years = €1.95; 13 years and older = €3.20
Low season: 0–2 years = free; 3–12 years = €0.85; 13 years and older = €1.50
