The Ema-Istria holiday home is located in the quiet and safe village of Sveti Petar u Šumi in the heart of Istria. The 250 m² house features six modern bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, a dining room with a large table (seating 14), and a living room with a large satellite TV and a PS3 with three games. Darts are available outside for fun.
On the 1700 m² enclosed, private property, everyone can find something to enjoy. Some can play football, while others can relax on a comfortable sun lounger and soak up the sun with their favourite book.
While children enjoy themselves in their park with swings, a trampoline, and a badminton court, parents and friends can enjoy a glass of wine near the large (45 m²) swimming pool, which also features a spacious covered terrace with an outdoor table and a fireplace. Enjoy swimming in the pool by the fire.

Family and friend's vacation

We traveled with a total of 8 adults and 8 children. The accommodation is spacious and offers enough room both indoors and outdoors for such a large group. The amenities are excellent. We especially enjoyed the barbecue area, the beautiful pool, and the ample sleeping arrangements. There are many excursion destinations within about 30 minutes of the accommodation.Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and the host was always available and helpful. We can highly recommend the accommodation.
