Whether you love kayaking, canoeing, swimming, fishing, floating or simply enjoying the beautiful river views from the dock, this home places you right on one of Florida’s most stunning natural springs.

Inside, the home features a comfortable living space, spacious dining area, beautifully appointed and updated kitchen with ample storage plus inviting bedrooms. A roomy screened back porch gives scenic views of the river. Step outside to a tranquil backyard surrounded by Florida’s natural beauty.

Minutes away from kayak rentals at the State Park or a guided clear kayaking adventure at KP Hole, this location offers easy access to all that Rainbow River provides with its pristine fresh water, abundant Florida wildlife and lush greenery.

Additional house rules:
Please respect this multi-generational family home and treat it with care. It's a very special place to our family, built by our grandfather/great-grandfather and painstakingly renovated over the last 15 years. This rental includes the private downstairs unit of a two-story house where owners live upstairs.

Please keep our river clean!
Food and drinks on the water must be in reusable containers. Possession of disposable containers and alcohol on Rainbow River is strictly prohibited and punishable by a hefty fine. All laws are enforced by the Marion County Sheriff's Department, the Dunnellon Police Department and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. Paper sacks, boxes, wrappers, aluminum cans, paper napkins or paper towels, breakable paper utensils and any other disposable items are not allowed on the River. Reusable water bottles and plasticware containers are provided with rental.

No smoking indoors or outdoors anywhere on the property. No illegal or recreational drugs allowed, no vaping or e-cigs. Fire pits not allowed.

***Do not leave food or trash outdoors including the dock and screened porch. Any food left out will attract wildlife. Failure to comply may result in a negative review from the host.

Beware of wildlife and DO NOT FEED alligators, otters, ducks and any other wildlife.

Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited.

Please do not flush anything down toilets except toilet paper.

Trash day is Tuesday.

A rental agreement is required that will be provided by the owner when booking. Must agree to all terms and restrictions included in it.
