Nanas Rainbow riverhouse with waterfront close to headsprings

Rental consists of downstairs unit containing; 2 separate bedrooms, two separate bathrooms, two separate living rooms and a massive kitchen and outdoor entertaining space. Laundry room and deck on waterfront included. 1900 square foot, that sleeps 8 nestled on an acre of property. Perfect location between headsprings and kp hole for tubing, kayaking, fishing or peace of mind. ( owners on premises but we realize that it is your time and space when you rent, any questions please ask) You have your own private waterfront. Have fun and get some sun! 🌞

Please note: undiscussed late checkout times will be charged a $50 late fee as this puts us behind schedule. If wishing to adjust times, it is worth asking and we will accommadate if possible, however somedays we have same day c/ in and c/ outs so we must stay on track. If wishing to come early, we will accomadate the request if we can.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Due to the amount of laundry we ask that guests wash all used towels in order for the cleaning company to maintain their schedule.
Empty the refrigerator of all leftover or used food items. If you have unopened refrigerated items that you are unable to take with you and don't want to go to waste it's ok to leave in it the fridge.
All trash is to be placed inside the large brown trash can. Trash can is to be taken straight out to the road and placed in between our main driveway and the driveway to the mobile home nextdoor
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE discard all smoking trash in trash can! Do Not Toss on ground. Trash is picked up on Monday's, place to road as you leave
Any smoking or use of weed pen will result in a $250 charge. See checkout list on fridge for question. $50 for late c/outs as this puts us behind.
No pets! Too much damage and disturbance has occured.

Location, location, location! This house is all about the river and we enjoyed it immensely. We had a large group and utilized every sleeping arrangement provided. We brought our own tubes to float down the river and walk back. Also used the kayaks at the house. Was very nice to paddle upstream and casually float back down to the house. Beautiful spot on the river!

Peaceful and relaxing weekend on the beautiful Rainbow River. The house is perfect has everything you need and lots of room. The owners are very nice and accommodating.

Great family getaway!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! Location is perfect! Quiet yet close to town for any needs. The view of the river can be seen from inside or out. Large kitchen for cooking. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room to get away from each other if needed. Will definitely return!

We absolutely loved our first experience at Rainbow River! This property was the perfect location—peaceful, scenic, and right on the water. Our host was incredibly helpful, offering great tips for day trips and local activities.After one day of exploring, we quickly realized there was no need to leave—the property had everything we could want. With direct access to the river, we spent our days kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and swimming. It was the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation.The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even spoiled us with the best ribs we’ve ever eaten! We can’t wait to come back. Enjoying the springs

Property had lots of room. Huge kitchen. Steps away to the dock and beautiful Rainbow River and springs.We saw otters and plenty of fish. We kayaked and snorkeled.

Best backyard swim hole of all time!! And the ribs, wow, the ribs!!! This place has magical location, really cool connection to local history, and a super host who brings it all together with his smoker.

I love how the house is right on the main lake with tons of action! The home is huge and would be fine for 2 families! The host is very nice too! Would give the house 10 stars if I could!

River Time

We have enjoyed staying at this home away from home for the past 11 years. It is the perfect places to enjoy the river, a short kayak paddle to the head of the springs and floating back. Love starting our summer break here every year. The host great, anything we ask for they are there to help.

Great river vacation!

I can't say enough about how we all loved our stay at this little bit of paradise! Couldn't be in a better location directly on the Rainbow River. Can't wait to go back! Hosts are fantastic!

Location,Location, Location

We had the most wonderful Stay at Matthew’s home. The whole family enjoyed our time at Rainbow Springs . There was plenty of kayaks for everyone to enjoy themselves on Springs Plenty of room for everyone to have a place to sleep we had a family of eight aging from two months all the way to 70. We look forward to next year spending another week. Thank you so much for hosting Matthew we had a wonderful stay .
