Enjoy a 70” TV, gaming console, TVs in every bedroom, and board games with plenty of comfortable seating. The home features a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, desk, and laundry. Relax on the front porch or back patio with a charcoal BBQ. Updated décor and abundant natural light make this the perfect place to unwind. The fenced yard is ideal for kids and pets.
Our charming home has been thoughtfully updated, painted, decorated, and professionally cleaned just for you. Located within walking distance of UCO and downtown Edmond and is close to grocery stores and restaurants. This truly is one of the best locations around. If you’re tired of boring white and gray spaces, this peaceful, fun home is the perfect choice.
You’ll love this historic 1930s house featuring hardwood floors, crown molding throughout, and an abundance of windows that fill the home with natural light. New windows help reduce outside noise and allow for better temperature control. The bathroom is cozy but functional, and mirrors are provided in each bedroom to make getting ready easy.
The kitchen is well supplied and ready for cooking your favorite meals, with a few coffee pods provided. A desk is available for work or school needs. Robes are provided for added comfort.
A washer and dryer are free to use so you don’t have to pack as much, and a garage bay is available to protect your car during stormy seasons. All bedrooms feature king-size beds, and there is seating for six at both the dining table and in the living room.
Outdoors, enjoy a fenced backyard with plenty of grass (please ensure small dogs cannot escape through small openings), along with a table and chairs for coffee, birdwatching, or enjoying meals cooked on the charcoal BBQ (charcoal not provided). Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We do not charge a pet fee upfront, so please clean up and make it look like pets were not there. Sweep up excessive hair, use lint roller under sink to get hair off of blankets and couches.
Clean up any accidents that your dog may have done. There is stain remover under the sink or above the laundry. Pick up dog droppings outside. Fees apply for extra cleaning due to pets.
