The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure hot tub is covered snugly on the hot tub in the correct positioning with bar over the cover.
No loose trash in the trash cans. Must be placed in bags first.
Clean out all wood burning fireplaces on main floor and outside deck. Clean all ashes and burnt wood out and dispose of properly.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
