About the host

Love the nature, explore, camp, hike and go to the woods as much as I can. There is no better place to do it than in WNC where I call home for over 10 years. My family and I live in Brevard and it is easy to supervise our place and make sure our guests are more than pleased with the service provided. Please do not hesitate to contact me for any additional information.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because of its walkable, close-to-town setting and how easy it makes everyday life. When this was our first home, being able to walk into town with our children made a huge difference—parks, the public library, local errands, and downtown Brevard were all easily accessible, even with a stroller.

The neighborhood feels established, friendly, and convenient, with a calm residential feel while still being just minutes from shops, restaurants, and community spots. What we enjoy most is how connected everything feels without sacrificing privacy or comfort.

What makes this property unique

When you have gorgeous weather like in Brevard you want to spend as much time possible outdoors. We have a fire pit and creek on the back where you can enjoy wildlife on the other side of creek. We have a white squirrel that crosses and visits our back yard quiet often.
