LAKEFRONT 5-bedroom Chateau Getaway at Whitecap Mountains Resort Units 2 & 4

NORTHWOOD CHATEAU: Lodge at the base of Whitecap Mountains Ski Resort and on the shores of Weber Lake. This unique European-style building offers stunning views in every direction with direct lake and mountain access, while being next to so many fun amenities for all seasons.

Enjoy your true nature escape in Northern Wisconsin. Whether you are looking for the thrill of experiencing the miles and miles of Iron County's UTV, ATV, and snowmobile trails, the relaxation of fishing/ice fishing or kayaking, the rush of downhill skiing, or taking in the views while cross country skiing, snowshoeing, or hiking- there really is something for everyone. A short drive brings you to some of the most beautiful waterfalls as well as the shores of Lake Superior. This is the perfect getaway location for any time of year!

Our 5 bedroom 3 bathroom unit consists of both Units 2 and 4 of our Chateau, perfect for larger groups. Enjoy 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully updated kitchen, additional kitchenette, two living areas, and completely private access to 2 of our common areas which include a sitting area with lakeside balcony, sauna, and foosball table. This is perfect for larger family gatherings, friend groups, or work retreats!

Our 5 bedrooms consist of one king size bed on the main level, two king size beds on the lower level, one king size bed and one bunk bed (twin over full) in the upper level. Both the main level and lower level living areas also include queen sized sleeper sofas for an additional two queen size beds. All levels feature lake and mountain views.

All necessary dishes for your stay are provided. Coffee, filters, and powder creamer are also provided.

Pool and hot tub are located within the main hotel of the resort for $5/day.

We have 9 kayaks available for guest use at no charge.

Charcoal grills available for use- bring your own charcoal/lighter fluid.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure all exterior doors including patio doors are locked. Also if a door to a common area was opened, make sure to lock that door as well before leaving.
If kayaks are utilized, ensure they are returned upside down to the kayak rack.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet time is between 10 pm and 7 am
No smoking or vaping of any kind in or within 25 feet of the building

At Northwood Chateau, we want you to really experience what the Wisconsin Northwoods has to offer in every season! In addition to our great location near the main chair lift of the ski resort, we are a private location at the very end of the road and one of the few lodges with direct lake access, dock included! In the winter months, enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, or ice fishing followed by warming up in an in-house sauna! In the summer months, enjoy kayaking and fishing right out front or a beautiful UTV ride or hike through the Northern Wisconsin wilderness followed by a lakeside fire in our firepit!
