Spacious family apartment with an on-site ski school and ski rental

Our ground-floor apartment offers plenty of space for 1–6 people. The cosy living room, complete with a kitchen, sleeper sofa, dining table, and TV, is the perfect place to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave, has everything you could need. The holiday apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and an additional sleeper sofa. The spacious bathroom, complete with a bathtub, hair dryer, sink, and separate toilet, rounds out the overall experience. The apartment features high-quality hardwood floors. A free parking space is also available. Our guests receive discounts at the in-house ski school and rental shop. At the “Almcafe,” located just 180 m away, you can enjoy breakfast upon request. A 40% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on site. The final cleaning fee of EUR 38, as well as the overnight tax of EUR 1.60 per night for guests aged 15 and older, will be charged separately. Check-in: 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM; earlier or later times are possible by telephone arrangement. Check-out: 10:00 AM, as we need to prepare the holiday rental for the next guests. Information on key pickup: Please let our property manager, Veronika Haberfellner, know well in advance when you expect to arrive.
