This unit offers a master bedroom with a king bed and a guest bedroom with two double beds and 1 twin. Each bedroom has its on bathroom. There is a half bath located downstairs. A short 75 yard walk to beach through a manicured courtyard and you will be playing in the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy the sunrise or sunset from either balcony. The view of the pool, courtyard and gulf allows you to overlook the entire property. Unit has tile throughout with carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and appliances for your use. This unit also has a washer and dryer.

Beach Service – If you didn’t pre-reserve beach chairs, just stop by the beach hut or call the Excel team at In addition to chairs and umbrellas, Excel offers kayaks and paddle boards for rent, as well as an assortment of snacks and drinks.
Tennis, Basketball, Pickleball, and Shuffleboard – Forget your gear? No worries, you can check out rackets, balls, and more at the front desk at no charge!
Grilling Out – In the busy months of spring and summer, many families opt to grill out rather than go out. We have eight charcoal grills available. There are several seafood markets nearby, including Blalock’s which is just a block to the west (p.s., their tuna dip is a must try!).
Fitness Center – Did you know we have a fitness center in the Penthouse building? Just stop by the front desk to borrow the key.
Family Activities – There’s always something fun on the itinerary at Silver Dunes:
• Annual Easter Egg Hunt in the Courtyard – Easter Sunday, 9 am in the courtyard
• Scavenger Hunts – Throughout the Spring – for children of all ages! Just stop by the office to pick up your scavenger hunt necessities. Once you’ve collected everything, stop back by the office to pick a surprise from the Silver Dunes treasure chest!
• Movies in the Courtyard – Bring a picnic blanket, your beach chairs, and join us on Mondays at dusk throughout June and July. We show a different family-friendly movie each week.
• S’mores Nights with Live Music at the Pool –Wednesday nights are awesome at Silver Dunes! Throughout June and July, the firepits will be out, s’mores roasting, and tunes playing!
