I'm an Atlanta native with many great childhood memories on the beach in Ft Walton. Destin at the time was a fisherman's paradise. My childhood friends’ mom retired from Northside Hospital and moved to Okaloosa Island. I would travel 331 south just about every weekend with or without my friend if I could get away. I have been Blessed to travel to many beautiful beaches far and wide but there are truly none more magnificent than "The Emerald Coast". It's my Happy place!

Why they chose this property
It’s a smaller high rise condo with only 84 units. I love being on the ground floor. No elevators or stairs. Parking right outside your door. Very family friendly…☀️🏖️🌴
What makes this property unique
Convenience is the #1 advantage. There are very few properties in Destin that are literally steps away from the ocean. We are very close to the beach. No long boardwalks to contend with or streets to cross. Being on the ground floor has its advantages….The pool is right outside your back door. 😎☀️🏖️🌴
