We also appreciate the feedback and want to clear up a few details for future guests. As a vacation rental, we don't supply coffee, and hair dryers aren't listed among our included amenities, we do leave a starter set of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, small toiletries) with the expectation that guests restock as needed during longer stays. Extra bedding for the sleeper sofa is kept in the loft closet and available for use. We also send welcome and how-to information, including spa instructions, through our Guest Portal, and reached out by phone and text as well, so we want to make sure that information reaches guests more clearly at check-in going forward. A couple of things worth clarifying: we turn off the water between guests as a safety precaution to prevent leaks while the home is unoccupied, which is why you ran into some air in the lines when first turning on the faucets, sorry for that inconvenience. The home is also fully outfitted with glassware, including wine glasses, as is standard across all of our properties. As for salt, pepper, and cooking oils, we don't stock consumable pantry items like those between guests due to sanitary standards, since the home turns over between many different guests, those are typically brought along for the stay. As for seating, between the kitchen island stools and the dining table, the home comfortably seats 13-14 guests at once, and there are three separate living room areas, one on each floor, for additional gathering space throughout the home.
