- Coquina Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 9 am to 9 pm.
- Sky Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 6 am to 10 pm (Adult Only Hours, 6 am-9 am & 8 pm-10 pm)
- Cabana Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 9 am to 9 pm.
- Barbados Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 9 am to 9 pm.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

House was nice but Blue 360 did not seem ready for us and communication was poor. Wi-Fi information was not saved and could not be provided for 24 hours. Pool/beach passes were also not available and we only got them the second day due to the nice neighbors having extra. We also smelled gas outside and they never followed up with us on if they checked it out.
