This spacious custom-built home is uniquely furnished to provide you with every luxury imaginable, more personalized than a hotel, and a great way to feel like a local, including a large flat-screen tv with online apps access, fast wifi, putting green, gas fireplace and new furniture throughout.

This home includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, a living room and a large formal dining room that accommodates 6 comfortably. The master is on the main floor, with two bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed (very comfortable) and a flat screen tv which is ideal for watching the morning news while you prepare for your day. The master bath is spacious with double vanities and a large walk-in closet with lots of shelves for storage. The second and third bedrooms have queen size beds, full closet and your quests will appreciate the privacy of their own full size bath.

The kitchen has granite countertops, breakfast bar and is completely stocked with all the cooking utensils for preparing fabulous meals and baking wonderful desserts.

Perfect vacation home

Loved this place, beautiful home with all amenities. Very comfortable furnishings, lovely backyard. Nice, quiet neighborhood with plenty of walking and hiking opportunities . Close to shopping, dining, and the spring training stadiums. Would love to stay here again.

Perfect weekend

Relaxation!

We had such a wonderful stay. The outdoor area is so pretty and the fireplace outside was fantastic at night! Debbie was really helpful and responsive. We had a great Christmas here with our family, and hope to come back again!!

Winter Sunshine

We had a lovely stay at this property! We were snowbirds seeking the sun and this home had the perfect patio for sunny reading in the morning and afternoon shade . We walked on the desert and in the quiet neighborhood and occasionally shared our spot with family and friends. We would come back again another year. It was perfect!

Perfect Desert Retreat

The property easily hosted our family of 5 adults and 2 young kids. It was immaculately clean which was important to us with a crawling baby. Quiet and private and the pool was great, if a tad chilly. The kitchen was well stocked but if you like to cook, could use some upgrades to dishes and knives, which were dull and cheap. Overall, a great two week stay!

Immaculate, quiet ... perfect

This home was quiet, clean, and met my family's needs completely. The neighborhood -- less than 10 minutes from a Life Time gym (where I am a member) -- is walkable and safe. The home comes with a large garage and a small but cute backyard. My wife, son, and I were very happy here. We will be back.

Enjoyable Christmas Vacation

We had a family Christmas in Arizona this year and enjoyed staying at this property. Everything was very clean and the location was very nice and quiet. One thing they might want to look into doing is replacing the mattresses. All three are in need of an update. Otherwise the stay was very enjoyable and so easy to get ahold of the property manager and owner.

Family Gathering-Thanksgiving

Our accommodations fell through at the very last minute and I had family coming in from out of town for the holiday. I found the home on VRBO and it reached out to the owner about some details. Both the owner and property manager were awesome. They got right back to me and helped make it all work. The house was perfect. Very clean, fully stocked, and comfortable. Can’t thank you enough for making it a great and memorable thanksgiving for my family.

Great place for a family vacation

The house was immaculate and the backyard had a great view. We visited Tucson, Sedona, and the Grand Canyons. The house is perfectly located in the middle of all 3 cities. We visited Phoenix for a graduation which was held at the U of P Stadium. We can never forget the breakfast we had in the backyard with the fire pit on, parents playing golf, and the view of the mountains. It was a wonderful stay. The owners were very accommodating to our special needs. We requested to watch the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight which was on pay per view. My family and I highly recommend this house for any visit in Phoenix.

Wonderful vacation house!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The house is so comfortable. It is spacious and furnished beautifully. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen has every appliance or utensil that you would need. Having access to a washer and a dryer was convenient for washing baseball uniforms on a daily basis! The location was convenient for our travels to the different baseball stadiums around the Phoenix area. The pool area was beautiful. The backyard was lovely, and we regret that we could not enjoy it more with the high summer temperatures. The owner, Debbie, was a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive to email and texts. We can't wait to visit again!

Quiet retreat at outskirts of Phoenix

Property well maintained and very nicely furnished, near a cul-de-sac close to the desert. Very close to its neighbors, the home is smaller than it looks on the website. But still worked well for 3 couples. HostUp AZ - the.on site agent easy to work with and helpful, as was the owner. The pool is actually on the other side of the road through another locked gate. We didn't bother going over there as the weather was rainy and coolish. The place is a bit far away from things but also quiet as a result. Still a very nice place!

Immaculate home with many ammenities making it the perfect vacation stay in the Phoenix area

This property first caught my attention on another rental service where it had 12 reviews and all were 5 stars! I am the first VRBO reviewer because the house is a new listing here. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The accommodations were excellent with everything provided that you could possibly need for your vacation. The home is beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. The back yard included a comfortable sitting area, top-notch grill, gas fire place, picnic table and even a fun putting green. The location was a secure gated community on the outskirts of Phoenix but the desert scenery and nearby mountains were beautiful. Shopping and other services were only about 3 miles away. Don't hesitate...book this property today for your next visit to the Phoenix area!

We're from Cedarburg, Wisconsin - a quaint, artistic town north of Milwaukee. We love spending time with our kids and grandkids, and visiting our family in Glendale, AZ. We travel as much as we can, but often to see our kids who are scattered far and wide, and internationally.

Why they chose this property

We have a niece who bought her home in the Sonoran Mountain Ranch community and we loved her home so much that we decided to buy our own. We love the views and the winter warmth and the friendliness of northern Phoenix.

What makes this property unique

This home caught our eye immediately because it is uniquely decorated, beautifully built and set on the edge of the desert. It has all that you need to snuggle in for a wonderful vacation and feel as if it is your own home.
