Nestled in a peaceful and family-friendly area of Palm Coast, this neighborhood offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Enjoy quiet, scenic streets ideal for walking or biking, plus easy access to local canals and nature spots. You're just a short drive from beautiful Flagler Beach, waterfront restaurants, parks, golf courses, and everyday essentials like grocery stores and cafés. It’s a calm, inviting community that makes relaxation effortless while keeping everything you need close by.

You will have access to the entire property.

Step inside and immediately feel the airy, open layout of the home. At the center of the villa is the spacious living room with a cozy sectional couch and full-wall sliding glass doors that open directly onto the screened-in pool deck. From your morning coffee to your evening swim, the indoor and outdoor spaces blend seamlessly.

To the right of the living room is a bright dining area and a fully equipped kitchen featuring an island, oven, stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, drip coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher. Down the hallway are two inviting bedrooms—one with a Queen bed and the other with two Full beds—plus a shared bathroom.

On the left side of the home, you’ll find the private King bedroom with a large walk-in closet and a spacious en-suite bathroom. Nearby is the smaller master suite, which includes a Queen bed and a small couch that converts into a sofa bed—perfect for extra guests or family members—along with its own bathroom.

All bathrooms throughout the home are handicap accessible, and we also provide an additional handicap seat upon request.

A full laundry room with a washer and dryer sits conveniently in the center of the home. Outside, the screened-in pool area offers lounge chairs, outdoor dining space, and peaceful water views, creating the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

Health & Safety: We prioritize the health, safety, and comfort of our guests. Each stay is followed by a thorough cleaning to maintain a welcoming environment.

Late Check-Outs & Early Arrivals

1-2 hours: $100
2-3 hours: $200

Refund Policy

A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. This applies to direct booking and bookings made through select booking channels.

General Guidelines

●NO PETS ALLOWED.
●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay.
●Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains.
●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.
●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.
●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.
●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap.
●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.
●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
●Furniture: Do not rearrange.
●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.
●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking.
●Illegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction.
●Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors.

POOL RULES

●Use at Your Own Risk: By using the pool, guests acknowledge and agree that they are using these amenities at their own risk.
●Supervision: For safety reasons, children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times while using the pool.
●Health & Safety: Guests should not use the hot tub or pool if they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please shower before entering the pool to maintain cleanliness.
●Cleanliness: Please ensure that no oils, lotions, or soaps are brought into the pool. This helps maintain the quality of the water for all guests.
●Proper Use: For your safety, please follow all posted guidelines and do not engage in risky behavior in the pool (e.g., diving, rough play).
●Damage: Any damage to the pool caused by misuse will be charged to the guest.

Pool Heater Disclaimer: If you would like to use the pool heater, please request it at least 24 hours in advance to allow proper arrangements. The pool heater is available ONLY between October and February. There is an additional charge of $50 per day for heating the pool. Please note, a pool heater does not make the water as hot as a hot tub. The temperature will only rise to a certain level depending on the outdoor temperature.
