The beach is just a short bike ride or drive away, and the resort's trails, lagoon, and amenities stretch out in every direction.
Living space
The living area centers around a plush queen sleeper sofa and a Smart TV, with a powder room tucked conveniently nearby. The dining table seats four and flows naturally into the kitchen bar - a setup that makes casual meals and easy conversation feel effortless. A dedicated workspace is available if you need it, and the private entrance keeps your comings and goings on your own terms.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with stainless appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and a coffee maker to get your mornings started. Counter space is generous, and everything you need for home-cooked meals is within reach.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom offers a king bed alongside a Smart TV, creating a calm retreat after a full day on the island. The renovated bathroom features a walk-in shower. For guests needing extra sleeping space, the queen sofa bed in the living area accommodates up to four guests total.
Outdoor space
Both the bedroom and the living area open directly onto a private patio overlooking the Fazio Golf Course - a quiet backdrop for morning coffee or a slow evening outside. Beach chairs, pickleball paddles, and tennis rackets are provided so you can head straight into island life from the moment you arrive.

Palmetto Dunes is a gated oceanfront resort community with an 11-mile lagoon ideal for canoeing and kayaking, plus golf, tennis, biking trails, shops, and dining all within easy reach. Guests have access to the community pool, the resort's general amenities, and the seasonal Dunes Buggy shuttle for easy on-property transportation. Beach access is steps away from the resort grounds.
Property specific details
Palmetto Dunes is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. $250 non-refundable fee per dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
