The place was the most relaxing we have experienced in 40 years of renting on Great Sacandaga Lake! Large ranch house with beautiful views from all rooms! Expansive lawn directly on the lake well suited for games and relaxing around a campfire. Nick the host was super responsive to any questions and most helpful! We couldn't have had a better time and highly recommend this vacation rental! Jim, Susan, family and friends

Great communication with host. The house had an amazing view of the lake that we miss seeing! House could use a little bit of deep cleaning, but did not affect our stay. Walk down to the dock can be a little dangerous.

Hi Jason. We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for clarifying that you were referring to the spider webs and flies when you mentioned deep cleaning in your review. We have added a Zevo to catch the flies. Unfortunately, spiders do get into that hallway by the sliding door to the yard and make webs in the corners. We also added a a ramp to the dock from th stairs to make access easier. We hope to have you back soon!

Beautifully appointed and welcoming home with huge playable back yard and gorgeous lake frontage. We do all our own cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed plus the extras like dish soap and trash bags that some properties don't supply. Excellent spot for a family get together or just to get away and have plenty of lake time. Steep stairs down to the dock but we had little ones (age 4 and up) that had no problems. Love the quiet and safe dead end road which added to the peaceful vibe. We have family get togethers once a year and this was the best location and home we've been to! Highly recommend
