Condo was equipped with everything we needed for the week. The walk to the beach is easy and the balcony view of the bay was great. Wonderful communication and quick responses. Highly recommend.

Amazing place to stay, hosts checked on us and had all the beach amenities available to use. Great location close to the beach. Having games for everyone to play when we were relaxing was a nice addition.

The property was amazing it had everything we needed for the stay plus some . It was close to the beach , had amazing views and plenty of room . They also had beach supplies we could use if wanted .

Everything about this house is amazing the communicating with the hosts . The house was beautiful . Fully stocked with everything you may need plus the view from the balcony is great . It’s just a small walk and drive from the beach right around the corner . We’ve had a great time here and aren’t at all ready to leave in the morning !!

We had a great stay. There was plenty of beach towels and pool towels. Plenty Of sand toys and boogie boards. We used the sun shade that worked perfect. Location was great. The guys fished the sound and caught a flounder and a few Crocker. We wish we had access to the pier at the property .. it seems as the palms and villas are both part of sunset harbor so I’m not sure why villas arnt allowed at pier. The pool was nice. The biggest downfall was not being allowed on the pier at the property and the master bed wasn’t very comfortable. Over all it was a good stay.

Just to clarify for future guests, the pier belongs to the neighboring Palms complex and isn’t part of the Villas amenities. First time staying here, and we had a quick little family getaway. We always love staying in Navarre. The host was very friendly and very quick to answer any questions I had about the property. We were not far from Opal Beach and it was absolutely beautiful as always. Be prepared to climb two flights of stairs, but we didn’t mind! They had a stocked pantry with paper plates, cups, and garbage bags and even laundry detergent available. It was very clean and spacious for our family of four. Definitely recommend staying here!

Everything about the property was first rate except for the cooking utensils. There weren’t enough pots pans or skillets to prepare an entire meal. We could have used an electric griddle or skillet. A small hand mixer would have helped. A 3 bed condo would indicate more than 2 people staying there. All cooking pots there were in very poor shape.

The property was exactly as described. It was on the sound and an easy one block walk to a public access for the ocean. The extras that this property had definitely helped the five star rating. There is NOTHING you need for the beach that this property doesn't have except sunscreen! The beach chairs are amazing, boogie boards, sand castle toys, scuba gear, and pool toys. It was a fantastic amenity!! Our family used so many games in the closet and the arcade game was used several times a day The ease of check-in and communication with host was good.

We had a girls weekend here over Memorial Day. Our day could not have been more perfect. The host was extremely communicative as well as the space was perfect. Everything you need is in this unit. Definitely would rent here again.
