Huge 3BR/3BA on the beach! Serenity, where the beach is your backyard.

Congratulations! You've found Serenity, which is located on one of the top ten beaches in the world! Navarre Beach, with its beautiful white sand and emerald water, is the dream location for the perfect beach vacation. Serenity, our 1800 square feet, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo, is right on the beach with a gorgeous view of the Gulf. This first floor condo with easy beach access is newly remodeled with families and couples in mind.

There is a spacious great room for group gatherings and game or movie nights on the 65" 4K TV. Every bedroom has a 55" 4K TV. The main master and the second master each have King beds, while the third bedroom has two Queen beds, so the condo can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

The kitchen is open to the great room with an amazing view of the beach and the ocean. You can cook up a scrumptious meal, enjoy the awesome view, and still be part of what's going on. Our kitchen is well stocked with what you need for those nights you decide to stay in and fix your own meal, including a big ol' stock pot we have used many times ourselves for a tasty shrimp boil!

This condo was lovely in all ways! Clean and kitchen well appointed, didn’t find an item she didn’t have that we needed and I cooked three different breakfast, from French toast casserole, breakfast casserole and scrambled eggs with all the fixings. Balcony had a terrific view. Looked watching sunrises and the blue green water, just beautiful.

The condo had a great layout & the hosts, Bonnie & Dave, were very hands on with communicating with us. The view is incredible from our balcony. We enjoyed our walk to the pier and around Navarre.

Beautiful

This is a beautiful property with stunning views. We saw dolphins almost every morning from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome condo

The condo was excellent and we enjoyed much of our time on the balcony overlooking the gulf. The beach access is close and the pool looked wonderful, although we didn’t check it out. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed and we would definitely return.

We have enjoyed the Regency many times and this is one of its nicest condos. Well decorated, great amenities (beach chairs and umbrella included) and nice location. We had another enjoyable week and will definitely stay in this unit again. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had.

Breathtaking

This condo was amazing! Everything we needed in the kitchen was there! The beds were SO COMFORTABLE! The view was stunning. It was a quick and convenient walk to the beach. When I had questions I got a reply immediately. Just can’t say enough positive things about our stay. We have visited all over Florida but we will def be back to this condo!

Lovely week

We had a lovely time in this spacious condo. Everything was clean and in good order. The kitchen is very well stocked with almost any pan or utensil you would need. The balcony is spacious as well with lots of seating. The owners were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

AMAZING!!!!

This was our first trip to the Gulf Coast so I was a little nervous about finding the right place to stay. Working with the owner Bonnie made the entire process seamless! The location is wonderful, loved having the umbrella and beach chairs set out for us everyday. The condo is immaculate and stocked with everything you will need. We had a wonderful time and will hopefully be back again!

Spectacular

Amazing condo. Everything we needed and more! The owners truly thought of Everything. Games, tons of DVD's, toys, blankets etc. I couldn't find a single thing that wasn't perfect. Highly recommend staying here. Kitchen was stocked with top of the line Everything. We had children, teens and elderly and the condo accommodated all of us. Short easy walk onto the beach, pool was spectacular. Cant say enough about this place.

Room for family

This was the largest condo I have ever leased. There were 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and a 7 month old and we had plenty of room and seating for all of us. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were spacious and the balcony is huge and just right for keeping beach chairs, towels, etc. after coming in from the beach. Appliances were new and everything worked just fine. Highly recommend it.

First time in Navarre

Went to Navarre to hopefully get a less hectic vacation area and we weren’t disappointed. The room was as advertised and fit our group of 8 comfortably. The large living room was a plus along with the large balcony with plenty of patio furniture. Very clean condo with no surprises. I’ve stayed at a lot of them and always found some thing that was broken or missing. Also the ease of getting to and from our room was very easy being that it’s on the first floor. Plenty of parking. Thanks for the great place to stay we had a great time there.

2023 Girls Trip

We could not have hand picked a better place to spend our week!! The condo was spacious and comfortable with a gorgeous view of the beach. It was well stocked with spices, dishes, pots and pans, which was great as each of us had a night to be the chef!! The decor is beautiful and set the mood perfectly for our stay. Our host was easy to contact and always promptly responded, she even called when the condo was ready before scheduled check in but I didn’t hear the phone ring because we were enjoying our adult beverages at Windjammers!! I would highly recommend this condo for anyone wishing to have their very BEST experience at Navarre Beach!

A hidden gem!

This was our first visit to Navarre Beach…and it exceeded our expectations! The sand is quartz, so it’s silky smooth and not hot! And the water is absolutely gorgeous—so clear! The condo was wonderful. Exactly what was described in the listing. And Bonnie was a delight to work with. Quick replies when we had questions and helpful with tips of what to explore in NB. We would 100% book this condo again! Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us. Ps — be sure to get a key lime pie from Publix — the absolute best!

Amazing family vacation condo!

First of all, the condo owner’s are great people. They maintained regular communication as needed and check in/out very easy. The condo is gorgeous and very clean. The view is amazing. We took our three boys and in-laws with us and the condo was spacious and a lot of fun for the kiddos and very comfortable for all of us. We will be going back, probably yearly. The complex pool is clean and the beach access is so close. It made it very easy for us to make trips back and forth to the condo for naps and drink refills. Can’t say enough great things about this condo and complex. Very impressed. The patio is also very spacious and makes a great spot to have family dinner and dolphin spottings.

Wonderful condo! It’s a must do if you’re staying in Navarre!

Property was clean and just as described. We loved it! The balcony was great size with a wonderful view. The bedrooms were each great size, the beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless and nicely sized! It was fully stocked with everything we needed. The couches were comfy and lots of room. We had 4 ladies for a girls trip and it was perfect! The beach is just steps away with a bathroom on the first level so you don’t have to go to your room when it’s needed! The pool was beautiful and clean. No key to keep up with on the beach was awesome and the chair service for our days there were definitely a bonus! The owners were very nice and answered our numerous questions promptly and were very easy to work with! We would highly recommend this condo!! Navarre is definitely a slower pace than gulf shores, orange beach etc. We brought back lots of beautiful shells too!

Very accessible unit

Lovely unit with a nice view of the dunes and the ocean. I have health issues and greatly appreciate how close this unit is to everything. About 10 steps and 30 feet to the pool. Another 30 feet or so to the beach (up a bit of a hill). The unit is perfect for our group of grandparents, kids, and parents.The hosts are always easy to reach. This is our second time renting from them.

First Panhandle vacation

We generally stay in the Keys for two weeks in June. Out Granddaughter wanted the Panhandle. While I love the Keys, she made a fantastic decision. One of the best family vacations ever! We will definitely go back. The owners here were so responsive! Excellent vacation

The unit was very comfortable and well-furnished! Great kitchen supplies, DVDs, games, beach towels, books and even including some consumables. Bonnie was very responsive to questions. We all had a great time…From ages 6 to 72.

My husband, Dave, & I (Bonnie) have vacationed along the Florida Panhandle for more than 30 years. After camping and being guests at other people's homes and dreaming for years of having a beach condo of our own, that dream came true on Valentine's Day 2018. Since then, we have been fortunate to host many couples and families at our place and look forward to doing so for many years to come.

Why they chose this property

Serenity is our dream place. We visited Panama City Beach and Destin along the Florida panhandle many times over the years and first visited Navarre Beach in 2012 and absolutely fell in love. It's a beautiful area and quieter and calmer than PCB, Destin, and Pensacola, but still close enough to easily reach if we want to go there for a change of pace.

We picked Serenity in the Navarre Beach Regency because of the first floor location, its ease of access to the beach, and the special protected areas (Gulf Islands National Seashore) surrounding the developed areas of Navarre Beach. The pool is easy to reach and can be seen from the balcony, but not so close that the typical pool noise is bothersome. Serenity is ideal for those who want to easy access to the beach or pool.

What makes this property unique

Serenity's first floor location is perfect. You don't have to get on an elevator to reach the beach or pool. It's a short walk just down the walkway. When you're done at the beach or pool, there is a storage area near the beach/pool access where toys can be stored. This eases the hauling of stuff back and forth to the beach tremendously.

We also have a covered parking space close to the elevators, which is great for keeping your car cool during the summer months.
