This house was exactly as described. Plenty of space, nice living areas to relax in, and a very large kitchen. Wish we had more time to enjoy the house, but we were out and about with family most of the weekend. We also loved the mattresses. All 5 of us said that we got the best sleep we’ve had in a very long time. We would definitely stay here again.
Four friends came together for a four night stay. We were very happy with the home! Very clean and was well equipped for all our needs. Convenient location for exploring the National park and also for groceries and a little shopping. Host was excellent when responding to questions. Thank you for hosting our gathering!
Great location, close to Front Street and grocery stores. Met our expectations.

We stayed here for our daughter's graduation from Kent State. House was a perfect home base for us, very clean and plenty of room for everyone. Getting back to Kent was only about a 20 - 25 min drive. Sam (owner) is very attentive to messages to help with any questions we had..

We had a wonderful stay at Sam's property. Sam was an attentive, kind host. The property was just as cozy and pristine as the pictures, and it was even roomier than we expected! My family and I enjoyed the comfy rooms, the equipped kitchen, the deck, and the big back yard. Great that it was so close to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The washer and dryer were a nice bonus. We didn't really use the basement/game area, but it's huge!

This lovely home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths was conveniently located near restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, and gas stations. The home was clean with comfortable beds, eating areas, and living area. All usual amenities provided including washer/dryer, dishwasher, plenty of ice, coffee maker and coffee pods. Also, 2 car garage with opener, secure locks, good lighting. Safe neighborhood. Host was very communicative and kind. Easy access to front door with a code provided.

We especially appreciate your kind comments about communication and the neighborhood. It was truly a pleasure hosting you, and we’d be delighted to welcome you back anytime in the future!
This house was a gem! We came for a visit with extended family and both the location and the set up were wonderful. We were able to have everyone over for a quick taco bar dinner and basketball. The kitchen had all of the things that you would need. The set up was perfect as we had a few with mobility issues. There was just one step to get in and everything else was easily accessible. The kids really liked the game table downstairs. It gave the grown ups time to watch March Madness and talk in the main room. The walk in shower in the main suite was awesome as well. Sam was great to work with and very accommodating. The wi-fi and tv worked very well too. It was an awesome place and we will definitely be back.

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We’re truly happy to hear the home worked so well for your family gathering and that everyone — from the kids to the grown-ups — was able to relax and enjoy their time together. The taco bar and March Madness setup sounds like such a fun family weekend!
We especially appreciate your comments about the accessibility and layout of the home, as we want guests of all ages and mobility levels to feel comfortable. It’s great to hear the game table, kitchen, walk-in shower, and overall setup helped make your stay enjoyable.
Thank you as well for your kind words about hosting and communication. It was a pleasure having you, and we would absolutely love to welcome you and your family back anytime!
Home was exactly as described. Comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of blankets and throws to snuggle in. Plastic cups and plates for the little ones. Enjoyed the town. Found our favorite breakfast, just down the street. Starbucks down the street as well. Friendly neighbor. All in all was a good stay. Host was accommodating and responsive. Cons... the throw rugs are too thin and kept wrinkling up. Easy tripping and quite annoying to keep them from wrinkling. Water pressure is very light and had toilet stopped up.. Used the plunger and didn't have any more trouble. Floors creaking would wake a light sleeper up. (me.. I am the light sleeper) LOL. Those are not deal breakers.. I would definitely stay here again, If I ever visit again. Thanks again for letting us use your home.

With a full household and children, a naturally lively ambiance can be part of a warm family stay.
We would be absolutely delighted to host you again in the future.
Very clean property, having indoor garage parking for 2 vehicles was a real bonus. Plenty of parking for 4 vehicles and a large open parking lot across the street. Pleasant street close to grocery stores, coffee shops and various restaurants. Some nice public parks nearby to walk as well. Will definitely stay again when we’re in the area.
Perfect location to be able to explore Cuyahoga Valley National Park - just a short drive to bike trails or hiking. Grocery store very close to the house and downtown cuyahoga falls has lovely restaurants.

Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood for its unbeatable convenience to Portage Crossings, one of the area’s best hubs for shopping, dining, and everyday essentials. Guests love being just minutes from popular restaurants, coffee shops, fitness centers, and a movie theater—without sacrificing peace and quiet.
The surrounding area of Cuyahoga Falls feels safe, clean, and residential, making it easy to relax while still having everything close by. It’s also well connected to major roads, so getting to downtown Akron, local hospitals, or nearby parks and trails is quick and stress-free.
